Returns and Exchanges
At Automotive Textile - Berryka, your satisfaction is paramount. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return if you're not satisfied.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, leather, fabric, carpet, and thread must be uncut and/or unmarked.
- Important: Do not fold leather or fabric that was delivered rolled.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at berryka@berryka.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the steps and provide a return shipping label if your return is accepted.

Shipping of Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for the safe return of your product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to secure what you want is to return the item you have, and after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The returned item must meet the conditions mentioned above.
